Dr. Benoit, is a native of Carencro, La. He is a Vietnam Veteran and he has a Doctorates Degree in Theology. He is married to Rev. Leona Clements Benoit.  He has 4 biological children and he and his wife have adopted  4 other children.

He is the Senior Pastor of The Lord’s Outreach Intl. Ministries and the Founder of the Lord’s Outreach School of Theology, where with the help of the Holy Spirit, he has helped to prepare hundreds of  Ministers to succeed in Ministry.

He is the former Host of a Radio Broadcast show entitled “I Believe God”. This Broadcast has been  aired on 14 Radio Stations across America and on the Internet, where thousands of People were ministered to weekly.

He is the General Manager of The Lord's Place; a shelter for homeless men. The ministry shelters, clothes, and feeds over 30 homeless men daily.

Dr. Benoit is an active member of the S.E. Texas Spiritual Warefare Team and has been doing Warefare for the past 35yrs
